Just knowing telephone skills isn’t enough to improve performance. The Unique Coaching Program™ combines personal and group coaching sessions to help each participant significantly improve their results on every call. Our three-phase process goes beyond traditional coaching, call monitoring or mentoring. We provide each producer with a solid foundation for developing and maintaining the disciplines required for long-term, life-changing results. The Personal Coaching Sessions™ reinforce learning through practice, application and continuous improvement of telephone strategies and skills.
Phase I - The Briefing™
Each participant receives a one-hour overview of the process and the tools used in the program. Participants receive program materials, and an overview of the core principles of The Telephone Trac™.
Phase II - The Personal Coaching Sessions™
Each participant receives four individual, 45-minute sessions, held every other week. During each session participant and coach review actual calls from participant and identify what’s working and what’s not. Once identified, specific skills and strategies are implemented.
Phase III - The Program Conclusion™
During the final session, we review what has been learned. Critique a call from each participant and discuss specific results that have been achieved. A thirty, sixty, ninety day action plan is created by each participant for long-term lasting results.
