The Coach’s Workshop™

This features a two-day interactive workshop that teaches managers how to lead, teach and inspire their team through effective coaching. During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to view real examples of various coaching situations and then practice their coaching skills in an interactive environment.

The Coach’s Resource Center™

Every month Telemasters will provide ongoing coaching tools and fresh ideas to help you ramp up new hires more quickly, reduce turnover, and improve overall performance among team members.

The Maximizer Sessions™

A follow-up to The Coach’s Workshop™. During these two one-hour sessions, a Telemasters Coach will observe your new coach and provide valuable feedback to improve the effectiveness of their coaching skills.
