Laurie started with Telemasters in 2001. Since then she has facilitated hundreds of workshops and thousands of one-on-one coaching sessions for companies such as Wells Fargo, Jackson National Life, Securian, Guidant Corporation, Minnesota Life, Thomson Companies and Principal Financial. Her 25 years of experience in inside and outside sales as a representative, manager, instructor, coach and consultant serve as a solid foundation for the training and coaching skills required to inspire confidence and success on the telephone. Laurie holds a degree in Speech-Communication from the University of Minnesota.
